Indicating that the virtual world is bombarding a lot of stimulants at the same time, Aydın said: “As a result, the attention of the person is shifting to information without superficial depth.Internet technologies affect all processes of the human brain as well as finding, storing and interpreting information, managing attention, making sense of senses, remembering and forgetting. For the child hypnotized across the screen of the computer or phone, each stimulus confirms his presence.Children or individuals who are used to the unlimited number of stimuli offered by the internet become lonely in the absence of stimulants and feel the sense of abstinence.Social media addiction; It leads to countless stimuli, difficulty in focusing, decreased reading rates, impoverished communication among people, social isolation and virtualization of communication ”.
