He then proceeded to the Animal Hospital, where he toured all units, from laboratories to operating rooms, and received updates from the unit managers.

"We are working in coordination with all of our stakeholders"

Rector Çomaklı of Atatürk University stated that they are honored to host their guests and that, as a university, they strive to add value to the development of the country, beginning with the region, and that they work in coordination with all stakeholders in this regard.

Rector Çomaklı noted that Atatürk University, which is one of the oldest institutions in our country and one of the universities with the highest student population with 550 thousand students, continues its education, research, and development activities with its academic units with a wide range of disciplines from social sciences to basic sciences, culture and arts, sports and educational sciences, agriculture, health, and engineering sciences: "I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have contributed to the success of our university."

Mobile Animal Hospital is the crown jewel of our region.

Rector Çomaklı stated that history was made at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, which was renovated as part of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project, and that numerous new laboratories were established, while existing laboratories were renovated and outfitted with the most advanced technology: "Our Mobile Animal Hospital specifically meets an essential need in our region. The diagnosis and treatment procedures performed while traveling from village to village have significantly reduced the number of animal fatalities. In addition, our Mobile Animal Hospital, which we dispatched to the region during the worst natural calamity in our nation's history, was deeply concerned with the welfare of animals by being with our citizens during their difficult times."

"All of our facilities are at the disposal of the state"

Rector Çomaklı stated that the studies conducted on the regional development axis attach importance to high added value, productivity increases, and smart system issues: "I believe that our country will be in a stronger position on the 100th anniversary as a result of the studies conducted in collaboration. Agriculture and animal husbandry are a significant component of this. As Atatürk University, we conduct significant research in this discipline, which is of such strategic importance. With 985 graduates, 585 undergraduates, 214 graduate students, and 85 academic personnel, our Faculty of Veterinary Medicine continues to serve its region. I would also like to mention that all of our university's facilities are available to our state through both joint protocols and bilateral cooperation. We have always been and will always be delighted to contribute to the development of our nation through cooperation and unity. With these thoughts, I would like to thank our Deputy Minister Ahmet Gümen and the accompanying delegation for their visit and convey my appreciation for their keen interest in our work.
