“We are pleased to reorganize the gown-wearing ceremony”
Rector Çomaklı stated that it is pleasing to reorganize the gown-wearing ceremony that could not be held due to the pandemic in the past two years. “It is a pride and joy for the doctor candidates who will wear gowns for the first time to be a part of this prestigious profession. It is very important for our students to start working after their education, and to provide health services to the public in an effective and efficient way. Our university will use its scientific knowledge, which it has acquired in 65 years, in accordance with the development goals of our country, with its target to become a preferred position all over the world. Thinking big is essential and for Great Turkey it is time to run, not walk. For this, we need you young people more than ever before. I have full faith that we will work together and take our country to higher levels from its current position.”
The program ended with the protocol helping to dress the doctor candidates in their gowns and taking a souvenir photo.
