"Awareness Activities of Our Club Have Affected Organ Donation"
Prof. Dr. Öztürk: “The impact of the awareness activities carried out by the AtaTX club on the increasing number of donations in our region cannot be ignored. Within the scope of these activities, we opened stands with our educated students in certain parts of the city. We held organ transplant webinar meetings for the awareness of our own students. We made promotions and organized national congresses with posters and printed masks during the organ transplant week of 3-9 November. The most important point in these activities is that these young doctors sincerely embrace this issue and try to research organ transplantation and donation without waiting for any return with their precious time they spare from their faculty density. We would like to thank Ömer Çomaklı as the AtaTx club, Rector of our University, who is always with us both financially and morally, in all our activities and organizations.
