The Senate and Board of Directors of Atatürk University held their final meeting before the commencement of the new academic year.

The meeting was held in the renovated Senate Hall, which now has a more contemporary appearance. It began under Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı's leadership, with participation from Senate and Board members. The meeting, during which agenda items were discussed and scheduled studies were evaluated, continued preparations for the upcoming academic term.

Rector Çomaklı stated that Atatürk University, which has deep roots and is the scientific tree of our country, continues to advance with the hope and determination to reach a much stronger future, as it has for the past 66 years. "Our university, which is taking firm steps to become a world university with the number of graduates approaching 700 thousand, has the Research University epaulette. It provides students with a quality education registered by the Higher Education Quality Board (YOKAK), age-appropriate units, and social, artistic, and athletic opportunities. We are experiencing the excitement and pride of beginning a new era. With these sentiments, I hope that our meeting held in our renovated Senate Hall before the new term will be productive, and I wish our entire university community a prosperous academic year." He finished his remarks.

The meeting concluded after discussing the items on the agenda.
