The team of Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Chief Advisor Prof. Dr. Hanifi Macit, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Levent Çakmur, Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Alpaslan Kenger, and Halkbank Regional Manager Yener Işıldak visited Atatürk University rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu in his office and wished him success in his new role. Possible collaborations and joint projects with the university in a variety of disciplines were deliberated during the visit.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu expressed his satisfaction with the visit and underscored that Atatürk University is committed to fostering collaborations with institutions in Erzurum and the adjacent area, as well as to executing projects that align with its mission to contribute to the region's development. In this context, he underscored the significance of collaborative efforts in sectors such as agriculture and forestry, finance, and youth and sports.
MHP Chairman Chief Advisor Prof. Dr. Hanifi Macit extended his best wishes to Rector Hacımüftüoğlu in his new role and declared that the MHP is prepared to provide support to the university. Levent Çakmur, the Provincial Director of Youth and Sports, emphasized the necessity of enhancing the cooperation between universities and cities in the implementation of programs that will enhance the participation of university youth in sports.
Alpaslan Kenger, the Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, underscored the significance of the university's information and technology support in the advancement of agricultural and animal husbandry activities in the region. Halkbank Regional Manager Yener Işıldak expressed his willingness to provide financial support to the university's initiatives.
