"Developer Partners Human Resources Training" protocol was signed between Ataturk University and Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality within the scope of Vision 2023 Project of 1 Million programmers announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Ataturk University and Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality, who intensified their exchange of views on the issue after President Erdogan called for software about the software, reached an agreement on Joint Software Developer Human Resources Training.

Today, developments such as the transition to high technology in the industrial sector and the 4th Industrial Revolution have made it necessary to focus on the "informatics and software" sectors, which have a horizontal relationship with other sectors and have strategic importance. In this case, the Turkish Industry, which uses the domestic IT sector and digital technologies more effectively and efficiently, will also receive great shares from the world markets. Turkey in 2023 as one of the main components may be in the 10 largest economies in the information technology sector. "
It is aimed to reach the software developer human resource to 1 million in 3 years
When these developments are taken into consideration, the need for human resources for software developers will increase gradually. Prof. Dr. Çomaklı: "Therefore, initiated under the auspices of the Presidency "1 Million Programmer" project, a human resources software industry for software developers today 140 thousand in Turkey, aims to move 1 million in 3 years. As Atatürk University, we have started our studies in accordance with this purpose.
