Individuals who continuously want to visit the university campus by car must obtain a Fast Pass System (HGS) card. Pedestrians in the University campus always have priority. Seat belt must be fastened by the drivers and all drivers must have proper tires according to the seasonal conditions while they are travelling on campus.
